That the Parliament congratulates Aberdeen Lifeboat Station on its £6,500 donation from the North Sea Chapter of the International Association of Drilling Contractors; notes that this was received during a period where the lifeboat was called out four times in less than 24 hours; commends the work of the RNLI across Scotland in helping people at sea in some of the most trying circumstances; understands that this donation will be vital for continuing the station’s excellent support for the coastal community that it serves, and sends its best wishes to all involved with it.
