New Food Store Creates Jobs in Livingston

That the Parliament welcomes the opening of the new Co-operative food store in Eliburn, Livingston, following a £570,000 investment that will create new jobs for local people; notes that the new store will help local good causes, including Jak’s Den, Station Playgroup and West Lothian Diabetes, through the Co-op’s membership scheme; further notes what it sees as the Co-op's investment in local people by putting their stores at the heart of their everyday lives, and recognises the company's efforts to better serve the Livingston area by bringing communities together.
