That the Parliament congratulates the Villa Coffee Shop in Stonehaven on being named as Café of the Year (North Scotland) at the Scottish Café Awards 2018; understands that the coffee shop and bistro offers quality fresh teas and coffees, fine baking, light snacks and lunches; recognises the hard work and dedication of its owners, Jeannie and Kevin Hermanns, who have lived in Stonehaven since their teens and have grown up in the catering business; believes that these awards play a significant role in recognising the hard work of the individuals and small businesses in the catering industry; recognises the importance of small businesses not just to the economy of their communities, but to the wider Scottish and UK economies as well, and wishes Jeannie and Kevin continued success.
