That the Parliament congratulates Dalbeattie’s Men Shed on winning the Age Scotland Member Group of the Year 2018 award; notes that the Men’s Shed has helped to tackle loneliness in the local community and appreciates the important work that Men’s Sheds do for friendship and team building; considers that this award will put the excellent work of Dalbeattie Men’s Shed on the map, and welcomes that Age Scotland has acknowledged this.
