Creetown Resident Wins at Crufts

That the Parliament congratulates the Creetown resident, Viv Coulter, on breeding the winning dog at Crufts; notes that Collooney Tartan Tease beat 24,000 other dogs to win the competition; welcomes that this will help to put Creetown on the map, and recognises that Viv has been a long time supporter of the event.
