That the Parliament congratulates Fay Bell, from Wishaw, on the launch of Elegant Rose, a service that provides free wigs to cancer patients at the University Hospital Wishaw; notes that Fay, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment, was inspired to launch the service in honour of her sister, Rosemary, who passed away from bowel cancer in late 2017; understands that Fay, who runs a hair salon in the town with her sisters, Wilma and Karen, took advice from charities such as Lanarkshire Cancer Care Trust and The Haven before being accepted by NHS Lanarkshire to provide this service; recognises that hair loss can be a traumatic side-effect of the disease, and commends Fay, and all those involved in Elegant Rose, for providing this service to people with cancer in Wishaw.
