That the Parliament congratulates Devro Scotland on being nominated for a China-Scotland Business Award; understands that the awards are taking place on 1 February 2018 during a Chinese Burns Supper and are being hosted for the fifth time by the China-Britain Business Council; recognises that the evening celebrates both Burns Night and Chinese New Year; notes that Devro Scotland is shortlisted for Scottish Exporter to China of the Year; believes that Devro Scotland is a world-leading supplier for collagen casings for food, such as sausages, has over 2,000 employees worldwide and that two of its main facilities are based in Bellshill and Moodiesburn, North Lanarkshire, and wishes the company all the best at the awards ceremony.
