James Chapman Butchers Savoury Pastry Success

That the Parliament congratulates James Chapman Butchers on being awarded four medals in the Scottish Craft Butchers Savoury Pastry Products Awards 2018; understands that the butchers, which has shops in both Motherwell and Wishaw, was awarded two gold medals, one for its handheld steak pies and one for its chicken curry pies; notes that, in addition to the two gold medals, it also received two silver medals for its bridies and mince and onion pies; appreciates that the Scottish Craft Butchers Awards foster and encourage product innovation in Scotland’s independent sector by highlighting original or innovative culinary creations; recognises that James Chapman Butchers has previously received awards for innovation, including silver medals in 2017 for its Scotch pies, sausage rolls and handheld steak pies, and wishes it all the best in the future.
