That the Parliament expresses concern over reports that £400,000 of public money has been claimed by 17 peers who do no work in the House of Lords; notes that the Lords is the second largest unelected chamber in the world, behind only the Chinese National People’s Congress, and supports calls for a reduction in the size of the upper chamber and for its members to be democratically elected.
