Meal ur naidheachd air Bhun-Sgoil Onthank

That the Parliament congratulates Onthank Primary School in Kilmarnock on its 20th anniversary of Gaelic medium education; notes that anniversary the celebrations that were held included an art exhibition by pupils with the support of Bòrd na Gàidhilig, East Ayrshire Leisure Trust and two artists from the area, Eoghann MacColl and Geraldine Greene, who gave up their time to work with the children; notes that approximately 300 youngsters have attended the Gaelic medium unit over the years, contributing to the healthy revival in interest in the language in the west of Scotland; commends East Ayrshire Council on its continued support for Gaelic and wishes the staff and pupils of Onthank Primary all the best for the future, and meal ur naidheachd air Bhun-Sgoil Onthank.
