That the Parliament congratulates nine-year-old Millie Black, who is a pupil at Kelburn Primary School, on achieving first place, and a personal best of 18.12, at the Dundee Open Figure skating competition; acknowledges the invaluable guidance and support from her coaches Gillian and Suzanne Otterson, who is a former Olympic figure skater; notes the added value that clubs such as the Magnum Figure Skating Club deliver to young people’s health and wellbeing, and wishes Millie every success in Sheffield at the Young Stars Competition, which is being organised by the National Ice Skating Association.
