That the Parliament congratulates Mike Loughran, who is a site manager with Mactaggart & Mickel Homes, on his success at the prestigious NHBC Health and Safety Awards, at which he won the Best Site award in the Medium Builder category for his work at Millerhill in Shawfair, Midlothian; applauds Mike’s colleague, Stuart Gillespie, who was named runner-up for his work at Greenan Views in Ayr; welcomes this recognition of the work of Mike, Stuart and the company, and wishes them well in their endeavours.
