That the Parliament congratulates the Turriff and District Men’s Shed, the Scottish Traditional Skills Training Centre, Peterhead Men’s Shed, Music4u and Befriend A Child, which are among the 29 north east community organisations that have been awarded a share of £75,000 from the Gordon and Ena Baxter Foundation; believes that this money will be put to good use with the Turriff District and Men’s Shed putting its £500 towards new tools and a new bench planer to further its community work, while the Scottish Traditional Skills and Training Centre is using its £3,840 towards its move to and set up at Duff House; understands that the Gordon and Ena Baxter Foundation has donated more than £500,000 to local causes and charities since 2014, and wishes all the recipients success with their future community work and projects.
