That the Parliament recognises the outstanding contribution of St Andrew’s College Language Schools, based in Glasgow, in delivering high-quality English language tuition to young learners aged 11 to 18 from across the world; acknowledges the role that the programmes play in promoting Scottish culture, language and heritage to a global audience; commends the organisation’s employment of seasonal staff and its collaboration with a wide range of Scottish partners to ensure an enriching experience for every participant; notes that the UK centres of St Andrew’s College Language Schools are accredited by the British Council and are members of English UK, and congratulates the organisation for fostering an inclusive, supportive and culturally vibrant environment, which, it believes, enhances Scotland’s reputation as a world-class destination for education and youth development.
