That the Parliament congratulates the 15th Clackmannanshire (Kincardine) Scout Group on celebrating its 60th anniversary; understands that as an acknowledgement to its history, the group has reverted to its original pink and blue colours from a previous black and white design; acknowledges that this event was marked by a news report in the Alloa Advertiser in October 2025, highlighting the return to the original design to commemorate the milestone; believes that, while the reasons for colours worn by beavers, cubs and scouts across the world are not immediately apparent to some, the idea is to choose a combination that represents the local area; believes that blue was chosen to represent the River Forth, while pink symbolises the salmon that scouts used to fish from it a number of years ago; notes that the occasion was marked on 24 September 2025 when the Scouts visited Alloa Tower and were presented with new neck scarves as a surprise, and commends everyone involved on what it believes is their excellent work and ongoing support of Scouting in the Wee County.
