Congratulating Greyhope Bay on Being Shortlisted for a National Award

That the Parliament congratulates Greyhope Bay, which is an Aberdeen-based charity, on being shortlisted for the Community Initiative Award at RSPB Scotland’s Nature of Scotland Awards; acknowledges that this award is granted to individuals and organisations who have made a difference in their communities to support Scotland’s wildlife and natural environment; commends Greyhope Bay’s success in inspiring environmental action, championing heritage and creating peaceful spaces for wildlife and wellbeing; notes that it has achieved this through community initiatives, such as regular educational and creative workshops, biodiversity surveys, conservation-focused projects and inclusive community events; celebrates the contributions that Greyhope Bay has made to the environment as well as thr community, and wishes it the best in its future endeavours.
