That the Parliament congratulates the Edinburgh and Lothians Twins and Multiples Club on receiving £2,320 from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that the funding will support a one-year project providing playgroups for up to 10 families with twins or other multiple babies and toddlers in Midlothian and the City of Edinburgh; recognises the unique challenges faced by families with multiple births, including increased physical, emotional, and financial pressures; acknowledges the importance of targeted support in helping parents and carers to build resilience and access peer networks, and commends the positive impact such initiatives have on maternal wellbeing, child development, and the wider family unit.
