That the Parliament congratulates the Wee Gurkha Curry House in Blantyre on being Highly Commended at the 7th Annual Spice Awards; understands that the Spice Awards are designed to honour the talent, dedication and passion behind the best of Asian and Indian cuisine; notes that they invite people across Scotland to vote for their favourite local and national businesses; understands that the Wee Gurkha Curry House is a family-run the Nepalese restaurant, which was previously based in East Kilbride before moving to new, larger premises in Blantyre in 2024, where it has quickly established itself as a much-loved and appreciated eatery, and wishes all the staff at the Wee Gurkha House all the best for the business's continued success.
