That the Parliament congratulates Zurie Dempster, from Thornhill, and Tara Kane, from Eastriggs, on being selected to represent Scotland at what it sees as the prestigious Bishop Burton Championships in Yorkshire; notes that Zurie, who is a pupil at Wallace Hall Academy, is competing as part of the 2025 British Eventing 100 Under-18 Team on her horse, Carraiganard Obie, and that Tara, from Lockerbie Academy, is competing in the International Junior 2* Class on her horse, Anna; recognises the dedication, talent and hard work that has led both young riders to this international competition, and wishes Zurie and Tara, and their teammates, every success in representing Scotland and showcasing equestrian excellence from Dumfriesshire in the future.
