That the Parliament congratulates Forth Valley Community First Responders on the recent celebration of its 20 years of service; recognises that the group was founded in 2005 by the late Rod Moore, who was recently announced by The King as a recipient of the Elizabeth Emblem in honour of public servants who lost their lives while on duty; notes that the group covers all of the Forth Valley area and currently has 16 volunteer members, many of whom have more than 15 years of service with the organisation; recognises the crucial role that community first responders have, attending to members of the public who have medical emergencies while the ambulance is en route; understands that, in 2024, Forth Valley Community First Responders had its busiest year, attending 554 call-outs and volunteering collectively for 2,240 hours, alongside dedicating time to monthly training; thanks Forth Valley Community First Responders for the critical support that it provides to the public, and congratulates the group on its recent anniversary.
