That the Parliament congratulates everyone at Aberdeen International Airport on their success at it being named Airport of the Year at the Scottish Transport Awards; understands that judges praised the airport for its commitment to passenger experience; notes that this marks the second occasion where Aberdeen International Airport has won the award, having previously won in 2022; believes that the award recognises excellence or significant improvement in the overall performance of the airport or the facilities available for passengers over the previous 12 months; notes that Aberdeen International Airport was also shortlisted in other categories, including sustainable transport and excellence in social and community value; commends the hard work of all staff at Aberdeen International Airport, and wishes them all the best for the future.
