That the Parliament congratulates Create Aberdeen’s Va Va Voom drama group on its successful two-night production of National Hero Service; notes that the shows were held at The Lemon Tree, a performing arts venue in Aberdeen, with both sell-out shows taking place on 28 and 29 May 2025; understands that the show was based on some of Disney’s well-known villains such as Cruella de Vil, Ursula and the Queen of Hearts having started a crime wave in the Grampian area with only heroes such as Captain A….berdeen and Spider-Mannie to keep the area safe, but also those who take care of the National Hero Service; recognises that Create Aberdeen provides arts and performance activities for adults with additional support needs and disabilities in Aberdeen, with its mission being to promote community participation and inclusion so that people with learning disabilities have the opportunities to realise their potential; commends the efforts of all cast and crew on two successful shows, and wishes them all the best for their next production.
