Rowan Glen Wins Awards at Royal Highland Show

That the Parliament congratulates Rowan Glen on winning Cultured Dairy Champion and Reserve Champion for Overall Dairy Product at the Royal Highland Show 2025 staged at Ingliston Showground in Edinburgh; notes that its vanilla greek style yoghurt took the top spot while its luxury strawberry yoghurt scooped up Reserve Cultured Dairy Product; recognises that, the manufacturer, which is based near Newton Stewart, is no stranger to winning awards for its dairy products and business practices having previously won Local Producer of the Year at the Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards, a Special Recognition Award at Dumfries and Galloway Chamber Business Awards as well as being finalists for Dairy Product of the Year at the 2024 Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards; acknowledges that Rowan Glen won a Gold award for its mild cheddar at the International Cheese Show in Nantwich and a Gold Star Great Taste Award for its butter while being shortlisted for a Living Wage Champion Award in the Living Hours category, and wishes the company and its staff continued success both in terms of sales and future awards.
