That the Parliament congratulates 22-year-old Jay Dickinson of Kildrummy Inn on being named Young Chef of the Year 2025; understands that Jay impressed judges with his technical skills, understanding of flavour and creativity; acknowledges that Kildrummy Inn also received second place in Restaurant of the Year category, which, it believes, is a significant achievement for the independently owned restaurant; understands that in 2024, Kildrummy Inn was named Scottish AA Inn of the Year, won Best Hotel Experience at the Aberdeen City and Shire Thistle Awards, and was listed in the Top Ten Pubs in the UK; congratulates Jay Dickinson and Kildrummy Inn on their continued success, and wishes them both the very best in their future endeavours.
