Johnstone Butcher, John Kerr, Celebrates 40 Years in Career and Shop

That the Parliament congratulates Johnstone resident, John Kerr, on his consistent hard-working attitude, which has led to him celebrating his 40th anniversary of working in John Marshall and Son; commends him on rising through the ranks from being an apprentice in 1985, to now being manager of the shop; understands that John is now working with his son and daughter and that he has a deep connection to the butchers itself and the wider Johnstone community; congratulates John on his efficiency in keeping the shop as a successful business and on his achievements in modernising the shop and adding a wide variety of dishes through the years; recognises his commitment to working hard and keeping such a longstanding business running in the local community, and wishes him and all at John Marshall and Son well for the future.
