That the Parliament congratulates Emmy McBain of Banff Primary School on being named Primary Pupil of the Year at the 2025 Moray and Banffshire Heroes Awards, held at the Banff Springs Hotel; recognises what it sees as Emmy's outstanding commitment to her community through her volunteer work at the Deveronvale Community Hub and her impressive fundraising efforts; commends her initiative and generosity, which, it believes, exemplify the very best of community spirit and civic engagement in Banffshire and Buchan Coast, and celebrates the positive impact that young people like Emmy have in strengthening and supporting their communities.
