  • Motion reference: S6M-17388

That the Parliament congratulates all runners who participated in the London Marathon on 27 April 2025, including Debbie Morrison, from Huntly, who was running to raise funds for the Huntly branch of the Marie Curie cancer charity, raising the magnificent sum of over £8,000; further congratulates Harriet Cross MP, who, it understands, is now the fastest female MP to complete the marathon, breaking the record set in 2019, and Andrew Bowie MP, who both raised thousands of pounds for their respective charities, Kayleigh’s Wee Stars and the MS Society, and commends all for their endurance and for raising thousands of pounds for local charities.
