That the Parliament is enthused that the charity cycle event, Tour de Clacks, is to go ahead on 27 April 2025, with all proceeds going towards Prostate Scotland; understands that the Rotary Club of Alloa is putting the finishing touches on the organisation of the event, which is a 22km cycle around the Wee County; understands that the UK-wide Rotary organisations are concerted supporters of work to address prostate cancer, including Alloa, with several local Rotarians experiencing the diagnosis over the years; is encouraged that, while the entry fee is £10, or £5 for children, this will be donated in full to Prostate Scotland; is further encouraged that participants can also pick a charity of their choosing and ask people to sponsor them as they complete the race, and wishes Alloa Rotary, Prostate Scotland and all the participants and their sponsors all the very best for a highly successful day.
