Celebrating AirTV's Success at the National Student Television Association Awards

That the Parliament applauds the remarkable achievement of AirTV on its recent success at the prestigious National Student Television Association (NaSTA) Awards, held at Southampton Solent University; understands that the society, led by station managers, Nathan and Ben McQuaid, from Bothwell, is the University of Stirling's dedicated filmmaking and videography society; recognises the success of the society in being nominated in eight NaSTA categories; celebrates the success of AirTV in securing a silver award in the Student Screenplay category for Ginger Nut, a film the twin brothers co-wrote; applauds the society for winning a bronze award in the Documentary category for The AirTV Story, an inspiring film capturing the 21-year legacy of Stirling University’s student-run television station; celebrates its success in receiving a bronze for Sink in the Drama Film section, and Truth earning a bronze in the Dramatic Performance category; believes that these nominations and wins reflect the team’s creativity, artistic performance, dedication and storytelling talent over the past year, and wishes Ben, Nathan, and the AirTV team every success in their future careers and endeavours, which, it believes, have begun with an excellent and promising start.
