Maths Tutoring Centre Opens in Newton Mearns

That the Parliament welcomes the opening of "Mathnasium", a maths tutoring centre at Ayr Road in Newton Mearns; understands that the key aims of establishing Mathnasium is to provide a setting where young people are able to feel passionate about maths and improve their skills in this vital schools subject; further understands that the services provided at the maths tutoring centre are tailored towards supporting young people aged from five to 16 and to catch up, keep up or get ahead with developing their abilities in maths; notes that Mathnasium is based within the premises of the former IL Gelato Di Piero, a popular ice cream shop in Newton Mearns, and wishes the maths tutoring centre every success in supporting school pupils with improving their skillset in maths.
