University Hospital Wishaw’s Stroke Rehabilitation Pilot

That the Parliament commends what it sees as the ground-breaking work undertaken by NHS Lanarkshire partnered with the University of Strathclyde to launch the technology-enriched Stroke Rehabilitation Hub at University Hospital Wishaw; understands that the trial has increased rehabilitation opportunities for stroke survivors immediately following a stroke, leading to better recovery outcomes, and congratulates all those involved on their life-changing work, improving the physical and mental wellbeing of stroke survivors in Lanarkshire.
