That the Parliament congratulates the Kildrummy Inn, near Alford, on achieving second place in the Restaurant of the Year 2024 awards; commends its young team for their positive attitude, dedication and love of what they do to make the Kildrummy Inn what it is today; further commends Jay Dickson, who only joined the kitchen team in March 2024, and competed in the Young Chef of the Year category to win the bronze medal; notes that this was Jay’s first culinary competition and commends his work ethic and dedication to his practices in the lead up to the final, and wishes Jay and the entire team at the Kildrummy Inn the very best for the future.
