40 Years of Tuite Opticians

That the Parliament marks the 40th anniversary of Tuite Opticians in Wishaw; understands that the independent eye specialist is celebrating 40 years of business in the town; notes that the family-run opticians, situated on Caledonian Road, was established in the town in November 1983; recognises that the current custodian, Gerry Tuite, took over the running of the business from his mum, Mary-Jo, who had launched an opticians business a decade earlier in Lanarkshire; congratulates Tuite Opticians on its anniversary, and wishes it the best for the future.
