That the Parliament congratulates Tarbolton’s Rhianna Skipsey on being awarded the Cadet Adult Recognition Awards (CARA) Honour; understands that the awards aim to acknowledge the dedication and selflessness of the Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAV) who have given their time and talents to help young people aged 12 to 18 years old; further understands that Rhianna is a sergeant volunteering with the Tarbolton detachment where she first began as a cadet 12 years ago; notes that nominations for the award come from cadet members; understands that, as well as the CARA certificate, each winner was presented with a gift voucher sponsored by a local business and that Sergeant Rhianna Skipsey was sponsored by Currie European, a transport and logistics company; applauds Sergeant Skipsey for her hard work and time in what it sees as an outstanding experience for the young people in her care, and commends her for this excellent achievement.
