Loch Lomond and The Trossachs Countryside Trust Awarded National Lottery Grant

That the Parliament congratulates Loch Lomond and The Trossachs Countryside Trust on being awarded a grant of £42,195 from The National Lottery Heritage Fund towards the running of its Planning the Financial Future for Wild Strathfillan project; understands that the aim of the project is to review the potential long-term financial options and mechanisms for the various land uses and planned Wild Strathfillan conservation projects, with the intention of delivering a research study to consider the possibility of establishing a Wild Strathfillan CIC to oversee and develop circular economy opportunities, review options for wider investment, and create a framework to further identify, define and monitor community benefits, and notes that The National Lottery Heritage Fund invests money, raised by National Lottery players, in Scotland's diverse heritage, ranging from museums, parks and historic places, to archaeology, the natural environment and cultural traditions.
