That the Parliament commends Western Isles Citizens Advice Service, as well as the wider Citizens Advice network, for the support offered by its employees and volunteers; recognises what it sees as the exceptional work and dedication of staff, volunteers and trustees in providing free and confidential advice for residents across the Western Isles; understands that the Citizens Advice Service gives advice on a wide range of issues, including benefits, debt, workplace discrimination, energy bills, guidance on legal matters, consumer complaints and housing; expresses its gratitude for the difference that it considers the service makes to the lives of people in the Western Isles, and extends its best wishes for the continued success of the Western Isles Citizens Advice Service.
