That the Parliament recognises what it sees as the vital community work of the Fans Supporting Foodbanks Dundee initiative; understands that the initiative was launched at the start of the 2022-23 Scottish Professional Football League season and that it provides support to foodbanks in each of the eight council ward areas of the city through matchday collections of non-perishable foods and toiletry items; commends the efforts of the initiative's volunteers, and supporters of Dundee and Dundee United Football Clubs respectively, for their support, and celebrates the initiative's partnership with Lochee Community Larder, which, it understands, has raised £10,000 in the 2022-23 season through matchday and online fundraising activities to help support service provision and work in the local community.
