Inverbervie-based Andrea Watt Completes London Marathon for Stroke Association

That the Parliament congratulates Inverbervie-based Andrea Watt, who completed the London Marathon on 23 May 2023; understands that Andrea has raised over £4,900 for her chosen charity, Stroke Association, with a tremendous £380 being donated by the customers of Bervie Paper Shop; further understands that Stroke Association, where Andrea has worked for five years, supports people to rebuild their lives after a stroke by providing specialist support, funding critical research, and campaigning to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care; commends Andrea for completing the marathon in a time of four hours and thirty-seven minutes, and further commends the record-breaking number of runners who completed the race.
