That the Parliament congratulates Angus Alchemy, which is based near Carnoustie, on winning a bronze medal for its Clootie Moonshine in the 2023 International Wine and Spirit Competition; is pleased to note that the award-winning product received a score of 85 from the judging panel; welcomes this recognition of quality in Scottish food and drink; believes that small producers, such as Angus Alchemy, are at the forefront of innovation in food and drink production, and looks forward to further success from Angus Alchemy in the years ahead.
