That the Parliament congratulates Farid Travels, from Grangemouth, on receiving the Small Scottish Private Hire Company of the Year Award 2023 at the Scottish Passenger Transport (SPT) Awards 2023; understands that the SPTA Awards are facilitated by On Rank events, with the award show being hosted at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on 26 March 2023; recognises that Bruce Taxis, Express Taxis and Elite Central Travel from the wider Falkirk area, also won awards; notes that the award for Large Scottish Taxi Company of the Year 2023 and the Environmental Award 2023 were awarded to Bruce Taxis; notes that the SPT Community Award 2023 was won by Express Taxis; further notes that the SPT Uniform Award 2023 was awarded to Elite Central Travel; congratulates Farid Travels, Bruce Taxis, Express Taxis and Elite Central Travel on winning awards at the SPT Awards, in recognition of the services that they provide to the people of Falkirk, and wishes them all the best for the future.
