That the Parliament congratulates Rowallan Castle Estate East Ayrshire, on winning the best wedding package and best wedding team at the 2023 Scottish Confetti Wedding Awards; recognises the hard work and dedication this family run business delivers to make it one of Scotland’s most unique wedding venues; considers this to be a fantastic achievement, and applauds sibling owners, George and Katy Campbell on their highly successful venue.
