That the Parliament commends Emily Shread on her effort to raise funds for Inverness Women’s Aid; understands that the 21-year-old, from Dingwall, had her hair shaved off in public at the bandstand in Strathpeffer in aid of the charity; further understands that the fundraiser has reached over £800, with donations still coming in; appreciates that Emily wanted to give back to her community and said that Inverness Women’s Aid provides invaluable support to women and children who are experiencing, or have experienced, domestic abuse; thanks Emily for her incredible effort in raising funds for Inverness Women’s Aid, and wishes her all the very best going forward.
