Sports Heritage in Galashiels

That the Parliament congratulates Sports Heritage in Galashiels on being awarded a grant of £4,750 by the National Lottery Heritage Fund; understands that Sports Heritage, run by Heritage and Archaeological Research Practice Ltd, which is a social enterprise that promotes and enhances public understanding and awareness of archaeological and cultural heritage issues, aims to provide volunteers with an opportunity to learn about and share their memories of sport in Galashiels, while encouraging active lifestyles through health walks, and wishes everyone involved in the venture continued success.
