That the Parliament welcomes Abronhill Housing Association on achieving a “huge vote of satisfaction” from its tenants in its three-yearly tenant survey; notes that, according to the survey results, 96% of tenants of the Cumbernauld association were satisfied with the customer contact experience and that the association was good at keeping them informed, that a similar number of tenants were satisfied with the repairs service for their homes, and almost nine in 10 respondents felt that the rent they paid was “good value for money”; understands that this ranks the locally-run association, which is believed to be one of the smallest in Scotland, in the top 10 best performing housing associations in the country, and congratulates the staff and committee teams who, it considers, can be very proud of their hard work.
