That the Parliament celebrates East Lothian Roots and Fruits on its receipt of a £9,666 grant from the National Lottery Fund; notes that this group will use the funding for staff costs to extend the service that they provide in their rural community shop, and enable them to extend volunteer development for community activities and groups in Elphinstone, and considers that East Lothian Roots and Fruits is a key contributor to East Lothian's food and drink sector, which is growing at an exponential rate with a very bright future.
