Moonlight Ball Raises Over £66,000 for The Archie Foundation

That the Parliament commends the Moonlight Ball held in the MacDonald Drumossie Hotel in Inverness in aid of The Archie Foundation, with the total amount raised at the event's charity auction standing at over £24,000; welcomes Global Energy Group's commitment to double the amount of donations, leading to a total of over £66,000 being raised on the night; notes that the evening was organised by Archie patrons, Kenny Smith of Irn Security, Donald Matheson of D&E Coaches, and Roy MacGregor of GEG Capital; recognises what it sees as the vital work undertaken by the Archie Foundation across Scotland, and welcomes the vital developments the charity has contributed to in order to enhance health and bereavement care for children and families.
