Wilton Lodge Park Nominated in the Fields in Trust UK’s Favourite Parks Award 2022

That the Parliament congratulates Wilton Lodge Park in Hawick on its nomination for the Fields in Trust UK’s Favourite Parks Award 2022; acknowledges the hard work of those involved in the park’s upkeep and maintenance; notes what it sees as the importance of local parks and green spaces, especially over the last few years, in acting as a safe space to play, get fresh air, move, relax, and meet friends and families, and thanks Fields in Trust for its work across Scotland to support and protect parks and other green spaces.
