  • Submitted by: Emma Roddick, Highlands and Islands, Scottish National Party.
  • Date lodged: Wednesday, 27 April 2022
  • Motion reference: S6M-04136

That the Parliament welcomes the publication of the Engender report, Enough is Enough: Tackling Workplace Sexual Harassment in Scotland; understands that the report sets out the extent and nature of sexual and sexist harassment faced by women in workplace environments across the country; considers that this report will be invaluable in the work of Scotland's institutions to address workplace sexual harassment as part of what it sees as the Scottish Government's mandate to tackle broader violence against women and gender inequality, and calls on all relevant stakeholders to familiarise themselves with the report's recommendations as part of their work to end sexual harassment in Scotland.
