As an amendment to motion S6M-02127 in the name of Kate Forbes (Celebrating the First Anniversary of the Scottish National Investment Bank), insert at end ", and, to that end, wants to see much greater clarity from the Scottish Government over the role of the bank, how its achievements will be measured, including how it will attract private sector investment, as well as make best use of taxpayers’ funds, and how it will support small and medium-sized enterprises, which are the bedrock of the economy.”
