<>The Scottish Government hosted a dinner on 19 March 2009, involving the then editor of the Scottish News of the World, Bob Bird, to discuss the campaign for Mark’s Law. The cost was £173.30. There was no expenditure in 2009-10 or 2010-11. There has been a noticeable reduction in the completeness of ISD(S)1 returns sent from NHS Lanarkshire in 2011. This is mainly due to the implementation of a new patient management system (TrakCare). In all cases where data is missing, the previous complete month of data was used as an estimate. The figures for quarter ending March 2011 to quarter ending September 2011 may be subject to revision once the complete data becomes available.
